MEET OUR 2019 CHARITIES
The DC Front Runners Pride Run Foundation is delighted to partner with three local, LGBTQ+ organizations that are doing amazing work to support homeless and vulnerable members of our community and young athletes. While some of your race registration fee goes toward supporting these charities, most of the race fee is needed to defray the organizational costs, so please consider donating directly too.

In addition, the DC Front Runners Pride Run Foundation provides support to the Blade Foundation and Teens Run DC. Please consider making a contribution to these worthwhile organizations on our Donate page.
OUR 2019 FUNDRAISING GOAL
In 2018, we raised $28,000 for the Pride Run charities, our highest amount to date. In 2019, we are aiming to break this record. We greatly appreciate your help in pushing us over the top.

CASA RUBY
“At Casa Ruby it is our dream to create success stories for homeless and vulnerable LGBTQ youth. Partaking with the DC Front Runners 2019 Pride Run will continue to give crucial funding to keep the dream alive. At Casa Ruby we are dedicated to creating success life stories among transgender, genderqueer, gender non-conforming, gay, lesbian and bisexual individuals.”

TEAM DC SCHOLARSHIP
“Team DC has proudly partnered with the DC Front Runners since the first DCFR Pride Run at Historic Congressional Cemetery was held in 2013. We already see a big uptick in applications for our 2019 Student-Athlete Scholarships, so support from the Pride Run is greatly appreciated and will allow us to continue to meet the needs of LGBTQ student-athletes headed to college.”
